Martin Browder) Land) And district aforesaid for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Martin Browder of the State and District aforesaid, Have granted bargained Sale and released and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and release unto the Said Martin Browder all that Plantation an tract of land containing fifty Two 52 Acres lying and being in the above named State and district on Raccoon Thicket bounded on the north by Lands of F___ Rollings on the East by the lands of Thomas China South by the Lands of Dr Boyde and on the West by the Lands of Corneus Mitchum and has Such marks buttings and boundings as the accompanying Plot doth represent Together with all and Singular the rights members _____ tenants and appurtenances to the Said premises belonging as are in anywise incident or appertaining to have and to hold all and Singular the premises before mentioned unto the Said Martin Browder his heirs Executors administrators or afsigns forever and I the Said Thomas China Do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors administrators on assigns to warrant and forever defend all and Singular the premises before mentioned and conveyed unto the Said Martin Browder and his heirs Executors and administrators or afsigns, against myself and my heirs and against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the Same or any part thereof in Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the Sixth (6) day of June one thousand Eight hundred and fifty Seven

The above plan represents fifty two Acres of Land, it being part of a tract originally granted to James Armstrong in 1806 And Surveyed and plated at Request of W Thomas China for Wm Joseph Bradshaw Being Situated in Williamsburgh District And hath Such Shape Forms marks And Boundaries as are Represented from an actual Survey taken 16th Novr 1855 By
