Very simple
You must be able to prove that your ancestor was Nicholas Phillips. To do this, you must supply an "Ancestral Report" from the last PHILLIPS in your line with the last name of PHILLIPS, going back to Nicholas. It should be in a word format so as it can be copied and pasted. Look at the ancestral reports on this site. You must be willing to include your email address. You must be willing to "share information" with your new found cousins at least to some extent or at least when you feel comfortable in doing so.
It would be nice....
If you had a picture of the last PHILLIPS in your line; I understand that this is not always practicle especially when your last PHILLIPS ancestor died before the process became available.
If you have a web site that you would like the cousins to visit, include the site address.
You can add additional information if you so desire.
