and part in Hopkins County.
By virture of a--? and part of an other Kentucky
Land office Warrant N's 14732 & 15934 on Pond River beginning at a
hackberry two maples and sweet gum standing
on the East bank of said River a few poles above what is called,
Jethro
Oates pond, and running thence, N 74 E 160 poles
to two sugar trees and ash, then S 10 E 54 poles to two small honey
locust saplings, then due South 38 poles to a
stake, then due East 58 poles to a stake, then N 38 E 107 poles to
stake,
then N 20 W 86 poles to a white oak and poplar,.
then S 74 W 200 poles to a white oak and spanish oak, then N 74
W 54 poles to two birch and white oak on a Rin?
then due south 20 poles to a stake on the west side of the river, then
a direct line to the beginning.

We do hereby certify that Thomas Burnam is
entitled
to one hundred acres of land by virture of his having improved
the same, agreeagly to an act of the assembly
entitled " An act for encouraging and granting relief to settlers," and
located as follows : lying on the waters of
Cumberland
River in Tan Hollow beginning on 2 white oaks a few poles
from the clift then running N 160 P thence S
E 100 P thence S so far as to include the quantity so as to include the
improvement on or about 40 P from the beginning.

in the county of Pulaski and on the waters of Cumberland River,

East 160 poles to a Dogwood and Redoak and thence South 100
East 100 poles to three white oaks and thence
South 30 West 160 poles to white oaks and thence North 60
West 100 poles to the beginning Narriathon
