Will - T.K.Burnham
3 Oct.1855
"I. T.K.Burnham, a citizen of Briensburg,
Kentucky,
being low in body and sound in mind, do hereby make this my last will
and
testimony, I do hereby appoint my wife, Mary Burnham
and M.F. Burnham, my Executors.
I want all my just debts paid out of my estate
and the remainder of my estate to belong to my wife.
I hereby impower her to sell any portion of my
lands, deeds, and property, as though I were present.
We the undersigned witness do hereby certify
that this is his last will and testimony.

I, J.C. Gilbert, Clerk of the aforesaid
County, do certify that at a County Court, constituded and held at the
Court house in Benton within and for said County Tuesday the 4th, 1855,
This last will of T.K. Burnham
was
produced in open Court and proven to be such, by the oaths of, A.E.
Rudolph
and B.F. Carson the subscribing witness. Thereto, whereupon said
writting
and approved ----- and ordered to be recorded as the last true
will
of said decedent, in testimony of which and that said will and the
certificate
have been and now hereby recorded in my office.
I hereby set my hand the 10th day of December,
1855

Inventory contains all the property that has
come
into my handsthis 15th day of December 1837
