These are all from a book called "The Maryland Calendar of Wills"
written by Jane Baldwin and published in 1907.

There are several volumes of that book.

eldest son Peter arrives at age of 21, when he is to receive 1/2 of
land, residue to remain to use of wife during life, after her decease to
pass to son James and hrs., and 1/3 personal estate.
To sons afsd. and daughter Rebecca, personal estate. Child to be of age
at 21.
To daughter Mary Burnham, 5 pounds.
Test.: James Wroth, Robert Pennington, Jr. (dec'd at date of probate),
Thomas Burnham. Oath taken in presence of sd. Thomas Burnham, who
married Mary, eldest daughter of sd. dec'd Numbers, and saith that his
wife nor heir-at-law, a minor about age of 16, have any objections
against probate of sd. Will.
