I remember singing Christmas carols for the people who lived there, probably 1961, as a member of a group from Illingworth Moor Methodist Church.A rather nice group of modern houses stands there now, still called Far View, but sadly the view is obscured by all the other houses around.
In it's day, the view would have been wonderful
