John J. Clatterbuck

"John J. Clatterbuck died at Luka, Mississippi of a wound received at Corinth. He was with the 2nd Missouri infantry, CSA, Col. F.M. Cockrell
commanding."
John J. Clatterbuck was born about 1843 in Callaway County, Missouri, the son of Richard Clatterbuck
and Annie Reynolds. John was a Confederate soldier in the Civil War and was injured on October 4, 1862 at the battle in Corinth, Mississippi he died of his injuiries at Luka, Mississippi on November 25, 1862. He is buried at Old Prospect Cemetery.
