25. 18. to the family We are all well hope you are the same. We are very buisy they are building a barn. Sis is up here now she is at Jakes now Love is gone to Oklahoma and they are talking about moving to Oklahoma. I saved some cabbage seed to day do you want them white onion sets if you dont I want to know at once so I can seave them for you when you are comming after them I have got one old hen a setting I get from 20 to 35 eggs a day as is 40c a dozen up here. Mae has been right sick but she is better now I have her buisy knitting socks and moccassons all this winter. I am fixing to paper the east room. Mr. Ratteridges folks are going to move down clost to you all in about a week or two. we have been looking for you all for along time when are you comming to Luther and Emma from Mrs. Martha Bibb ans soon wrote by Earl Bibb ha ha no good |

Ark Oct 23. 1918 To Emma and Luther we are all such as common hope you all are gitting along fine. except Earl have had the influinzia but havin't hurt him much yet he is about well now. the influinzia is on every side of us but not hurting many yet. I want to come mighty bad but afraid I will bring that disease to you I will wait til it died down kinely. We have heard from John and Dora and they are well as common. I have sold about a third of my chickens when I got home. Now I want you to be sure and take care of your self or you will be sick. I got about a half a sack of peas and two or three messes of soop beans I am going to send you a croquett pattern in this letter so you will have something to work at ha ha ha.
