Uriah Casey

 

 

 
Uriah Casey is the farthest back in my Casey Line I have found.  The parents of  Uriah are debatable.  Some say William Casey is his father,  while others say Aaron Casey is.  When this is proven, I will then be able to go further back in my line.
 

Uriah Casey b Dec. 25, 1791  South Carolina   d. July 1840 Rome, Floyd Co., GA.
It is not know where he is buried.    He married Leatha ? maiden name unknown, Leatha was born September 25, 1802, in South Carolina.  Leatha and Uriah married  abt  1817.

Leatha remarried on August 20, 1843  after the death of Uriah,  She married Lewis Bletcher Floyd  from Rome, GA.
