BLOOMDALE. Aug 22 - William H. Long, 85, native of Van [Buren] and former resident of [?] township in Jerry City, died at [1?] o’clock Monday afternoon at home in Bowling Green [..g] an illness of four [...] from arterio sclerosis.

[..ng] was born Dec. 2, 18[??] son of Mr. and Mrs. Wil[.. ..] Long. He was married Oct [..] 68 to Bartha Mitchel who [survi]ves along with six child[ren].

Th [..] Mrs. Saddie Solether, Bowl[ing Gre]en; Mrs. Ida Drake, Toledo; Lucille Sly, Oklahoma; Clara Bullis, Bowling Gre[een;] Mrs. Carry Rudd, Tontog[any], and Mrs. Martha Hentges [Weston]. One son, William and [daughter], Mrs. Emma Bur[goon] preceded him in death.

Mr. L[ong] while a resident near Jer[ry City] was a trustee of Bloom [Towns]hip. He had lived in Bo[wling] Green the past ten years.

Funeral [..] will be held at 2 o’cl[ock] [We]dnesday afternoon at the [..] funeral home in Bloomda[le with] Rev. Frank E. King, pas[tor ..] the Methodist church, offi[ciating]. Interment will be in W[...] cemetery.
