Schoessler: �Funeral services for Margaret Schoessler, 75, resident of Odessa were held from the Country Bible Church near Dusty, WA, on Saturday, Dec 13, at 10 a.m. with the Rev Donald Cheadle officiating. Burial was in the Dusty Cemetery. She passed at the Odessa Memorial Hospital Dec 9. She was born Nov 15, 1900 in Odessa, Russia, the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Jacob Moos. The family migrated to the US from Russia when she was a small child; settling at Gackle, North Dakota. She spent her early life in North Dakota and was married there to Rudolph Schott. Following their marriage they came to Dusty and she lived there until 1961. Her husband passed away in 1952. In 1961 she moved to Ritzville, and was married to Jacob Schoessler in 1964. They moved to Portland, OR. She returned to Ritzville following the death of Mr Schoessler in 1969 and in 1971 moved to Odessa to be with her son. She was a member of the United Congregational Church in Odessa. Surviving are two sons, Rueben Schott, Dusty, and Wilbert Schott of Odessa; two daughters, Mrs Irwin (Gertie) Carlson, Arlington, WA, and Florence Stoughton, Los Angeles, CA, also by 7 grandchildren. The Bruning Funeral Home of Colfax was in charge of arrangements.� (Odessa Record: 12-18-1975)

Schott: Rueben Schott, brother of Wilbert Schott of Odessa, died May 31, 1979, with burial at the Dusty Cemetery. He was born Oct 19, 1921 at Dusty, WA. Other survivors include his wife, Barbara; one son, David of Wenatchee; two sisters, Mrs Irwin Carlson of Mesa, WA, and Mrs Florence Stoughton of Torrance, CA. (notes from Odessa Record: 6-07-1979)
