[430] He went with his brothers, William and Stephen, to Connecticutt totake care of their father's land interests there. He was alreadymarried, but his brothers married in CT. He seemed to have not hadany children. In 1790 he was in Washington, and in 1800 he was ofLitcfhfield and his family consisted of "1 male over 45, 1 female over45, and 1 female between 10 and 16". The later was thought to beChloe, youngest daughter of his deceased brother, Stephen.

[431] In May 1753 Nathaniel was appointed by the Colonial Assemble "to beLieutenant of the first company or trainband in Kent and part of NewMilford."
In May 1754, "This Assembly do establish and confirm Mr. NathanielBosworth to be Captain of the company or trainband in the parish ofNew Preston."

[10203] Barrington was in MA until 1746.
