According to Jack Morgan's and Frank Fallin's research she died on 14 April, but the family Bible says 6 April. Her body was interred 26 APR 1927 in Upson County, Ga., Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery by Matthews Helms, according to Stephens Funeral Home records. Row 20, lot 8, beside Matthew Helms. An obituary was written in the Self Family Bible by one of her children. She married Matthews H HELMS in Upson County, Ga., 8 AUG 1880. Matt was born in Georgia 1854. Matthew Helmnes part of the $5,000 bond allowing John E. Fallen to administrate the estate of Jackson Fallen OCT 1881 in Upson County, Ga. It was signed with an X. On 10 DEC 1882 in Upson County, Ga. Mathes Helms purchased from the Jackson Fallin estate (sic): sundries, 1 keg rc, 1 glass set, 2 hog, 1 sow and 1 cow.

She was the plaintiff in a lawsuit in Upson County, Ga., 3 APR 1883.

28 iv. Lula Grace HELMS Self was born in Upson County, Ga. 16 AUG 1882.
