Photo Reina Agnes LEMOINE was born on July 15, 1934 in Killingly, CT.551 According to father Romeo's sister Joan Belanger: Biological father's name was Joe Goula. It is more likely that Reina is actually Romeo's daughter, as she is certain of. She lived in an orphanage in Connecticut about 1936. She was adopted about 1937. According to father Romeo's sister Joan Belanger: 'When mother Cecile deserted subject and Romeo, Romeo took the subject to his mother Rosa Barrette's home. Word got to an old family friend in Northbridge named Theresa Tessier through cousins there that the subject was available for adoption. Her sister Germanie Boileau, living on the first floor of the Hisiores' building in Northbridge, could not get pregnant, and her and her husband Ted decided to adopt the subject.' However, seven years later, subject's step-sister was born. Romeo had dated Cecile a couple of times. Cecile became pregnant by Joe, but she didn't like him. He was too fat. Romeo felt bad and he was a good man, so he married her while she was pregnant to give the baby a name. They lived together for a few years. Joan felt that Romeo was sterile from a bout with the mumps when he was about 9 years old, and she claims that the Army said so too. Their daughter Reina believes it to be that Romeo was not sterile, and she is the biological daughter. Robert Lemoine is also his biological son, but neither of them had a relationship with their father, nor knew of each other. They were divorced about 1936.
