Based on the information provided in your previous posting (August 2006) this may be the possible answer:
Your Sung Tack is Seuhn Dak in Cantonese and Shunde in Mandarin, written 順德. This is the name of a district but there is also a town by the same name within it and is also known as Daaih Leuhng/Daliang/大良. In this town there is an area called Daaih Deun/Dadun/大墩 which may be your Dai Tan. The person who gave you the names was probably speaking in Cantonese based on your transliterations.
Shunde is today a district within the metropolis of Fat Saan/Foshan/佛山 which is located just SW of Guangzhou City.
