My father emmigrated with his father to South Africa about 1936 from Canton in China. I am trying to establish where the surname comes from and if there are still living relatives in China. They both lived and died in Johannesburg.
My grandfathers name was Sap OW Young and my father's was Choeg OW Young, they came from the Guangzhou province.
If anyone can supply me with any information I would be very grateful.
