Hi! i too am a descendant. My mother was Edna Rivers (Macgregor) and her father was John Ah Mu
(Rivers)the oldest child of AhMu, making me his grgranddaughter.There is a good article written by the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints which gives excellent info on Ahmu. Uncle Percy Rivers also gives family background in his autobiography.My mother's memories were more of her grandmother Maumau who she spent more time with, but Ahmu died in 1910 and she was born in 1917. However she did remember with respect stories about his business ability.
