Unfortunately it would be very hard to tell because there as many people with the last name wong as there are people living in france. I have been searching for these answers as well. A big road block for me is that my grandfather passed away about ten years before I was born. It is rumored that his family ruled a certain region in china and his brother later became second in command of the communist party. All this however is heresay and I have not found the facts.
