The surname is Wen is Mandarin Pinyin, Oen or Oon being rough anglicized forms.
Without the exact chinese character, it'd be hard to say whether it is wen1 or wen2.
It is probably wen1 (same character as first character for temperature in Chinese).
I find it extrenely sad that the Chinese in Indonesia are forced to lose their Chinese names. Losing your name is losing your heritage. It would be good if you can make an effort to find out your roots and pass it down to your children.
