Most Chinese surnames are single syllable. Although there are also many double syllable surnames. Most of them, however, are rare. I have not come across the name Guansing before.
Some Chinese, upon emmigrating overseas, adopted their entire name as a surname. This may be the origin of Guansing. Guan is a fairly common surname and Sing is popular given name for men. The spelling indicates perhaps a Cantonese origin.
