Although my surname is not exactly Quach but it is the same Chinese character...
the only difference is it is spelt in my family's teochew dialect...
Quah I suppose would be a Vietnamese pronounciation of the same surname...
Kwok is the Cantonese way of writing it, Guo the Mandarin.. and other variations...
but anyway.. even though I guess not many people read
but I'd like to add that what Ha Quach wrote about the middle name thing..
might be true because my late grandfather gave my dad a copy of middle names....
I'm not sure what generation we are in but certainly my dad has kept with the tradition for my name..
maybe this is the mongolian warrior's list!!...cool huh?
