I have a copy of a map of Toishan but did not find any town on that map named Ko Kong or similar. The map is mostly in Chinese and identifies about 100 towns in Toishan. Names of villages (size equals to dozens of houses) would not be on that map.
People of the same surnames tend to come from the same vicinity. If you know of any other Leungs from Toishan, you might ask them. Knowing the general direction to the village from Toisheng, the capital city, is helpful.
