"Siew Hing" in Putonghua is Zhaoqing and is located NW of Guangzhou. "Fatt San" is Foshan and is a SW suburb of Guangzhou.

: I would like to trace where (village, district)my grand father and grand mother came from in China.

: My grandfather, BENEDICT HO FOOK EU,was born 21 December 1877 in a place pronounced "Siew Hing" in Guandong Province in China. He probably migrated first to Hong Kong in the late 1800's or early 1900's ant then to then called Malaya (now known as Malaysia). He had a mother by the name of Chia Sam Mui, Mary, who was probably brought over from China to Malaya by my grand father after he had settled in Malaya. He had a brother, Ho Chee Wah, who migrated tand settled in Singapore.

: My grand mother was LUCY KONG YUET KWAI, born in 1886 in a place pronounced "Fatt San" in Guandong Province in China
