My Grandfather told me that he had heard from someone in Cuba who claimed to be a relative and needed assistance getting to the states. He declined at the time, stating that he could not be sure that he was a relative. If Julian Fong came from the same village of Jok-Quan (Bamboo Place), then he may very well have been one of our lost relatives. My Grandfather is Chie Fong, who currently lives in Arkansas.
