I don't think your name is incomplete. It is fairly common to have just one character for the given name. It is somewhat impossible to tell you how your name is written just by reading the romanisation but a rather common Wae or Wei(1)for male names is the character for power. Another possible Wei(4) means grand and is quite uncommon but is used in the word 'weilan' that means azure blue. Hope that helps!
