Jiapu (I think you mean generational names that are dictated by the jiapu) are for males of the line not females because females marry out of the family.
Usually what people do for girls is just pick a name, nowadays many sisters don't have the same "middle" name although it seems nicer to me if they have the same one since the boys do.
