For twins, the younger twin is called Sai (literally meaning: small) while the elder twin is called Dai (literally: large).
However these are not our official names used on birth certificates etc and instead are used like nicknames and so pronounced slightly differently (my cousins, also twins are also called Dai and Sai). I've used Sai rather than my official given names all my life as has my twin brother Dai.
Can't help with the other request, my Chinese/Cantonese is a little rusty.
