There is no mistake in your surname. You surename is Zeng. In all round the world it is often translated as "Chan, Chen, Chang, Tsang or Zeng". The translation depend on the language you are using.
Zeng,as it is pronounced in Mendrain, is the not the same as Chan or Chen used by the Cantonese.
