Reason: He did not want her to marry Lorenzo Gomez from Gurabo because Lorenzo was poor. You see, my Grandfather was a very rich man, but unfortunately he was a lady's man. my name is christina powell but my maiden name was yon my grandfather had a lot of brother and sisters out there real ones also halfe bother &sisters all over i really dont know where he came from but i do know he moved aruond alot because he had a gampleing problem and he was all the time losing land my grandfather had 12 children with my grandmother but he also was a ladyman there more some wherethe only person out of my grandfather family was Harrrison yon
that was my grandfather step brother my grandfather name was vernon yon everybody is trying to but are famliy togather but we always come to a dead in. My grandfather had no birth record in the United States my grandmother resonaly passed so i i dont have very much informtion all i know is he spent his last few years in ARK in the United States his children are spread out between ARK,LA,IL,MO, BUT grandchlidren every where
