It looks Cantonese to me. Khew - could be qiao as in "hua qiao" (overseas Chinese) in Mandarin. Wing could be several characters in Cantonese. I think in Mandarin Wing would be pronounced rong. Try to look it up on www.zhongwen.com. I don't know how to insert Chinese characters into this post.
This is all a guess and totally off the wall if you're not Cantonese.
