Mr. Pak-Cheung Leung studied engineering at Tung Chi University when it was formerly located in Chungking,Szechuan Province,China prior to the end of World War II in 1945 and he was a very close classmate of Dr. Thomas D.Y. Fok! Mr. Leung emigrated to the U.S. during the early 1980's and was reportedly last known to reside in the New York City area! He should currently be in his early to mid-80's now!
