John Yammer was born in the fishing port of Amoy, China about 1837. The only information that I have on him is his name and I do not know when he came to Australia or how he arrived here.
He married Mary Ann Wyatt (Duckett) in 1864 and they had four children (Mary, John, Ada and Flora). He died in 1872 Kempsey, NSW.
If anyone has informationon this man or family I would appreciate you contacting myself or another descendant E. Pitcher.
