Possibly not. Usually Chinese names are one syllable, not two. I think if you were Chinese, you are also of some non-han blood since non-Han Chinese tend to have two syllables in China. Sounds more Japanese, though.

: is "soto" a chinese surname? people keep on telling me that it is but i'm not sure. thanks
