Mr. Pak-Cheung Leong studied engineering at Tung Chi University between 1940-1944 when it was formerly located in Chungking,Szechuan Province,China and he was a very close classmate of Dr. Thomas D.Y. Fok! Mr. Leong emigrated to the U.S. during the early 1980's and was reportedly last known to reside in the New York City area as of 2001! He should currently be in his early to mid-80's now!
