Try the Hong Kong Museum of History which have researchers submitting essays to their English publications. One is called "Colled Essay on Various Historical Materials for Hong Kong Studies" which I purchased while there. Your inquiry is specific to the cemeteries and they may refer you to someone. Call your nearest HK tourist office for the address or try searching internet
