I'm one of the Quaches from Seattle, WA. I'm really interested in learing more about what know about the root of the Quach, particularly the Mongolian part. This is gonna sound funny. But, I'm in love with Mongolian beef... Hmmm... wonder if there's a link here.:) Regardless, any info on the root of Quach would be greatly appreciated.
