Hmm, That's pretty interesting. My great-grandfather was from Toisan his surname was Wong as well. I'll have to ask my mother what Siehong, siefoon, and sietoi mean. Sietoi, sounds alot like slydoi( little son) I think in the Toisan dailect, and I think si-heng in cantonese is big brother. Sorry, I'm not too sure either because I'm ABC as they say(american-born-chinese) so my chinese is pretty bad. If you want to find out the village name, you might be able to find it by typing in toisan's other spellings, taisan and hoisan. You might be able to find a map of the region. Let me know what you find, I was kinda looking for my heritage as well.
