Sorry that I wont be able to help in exactly what you are looking for. I have a daughter that was also adopted from Hangzhou Welfare when she was just 7 months but she is now 9 years - 10 in May. We also have good and regular contacts with another girl of the same age. If you would like to contact us please do. Not direct family but all started out from the same place I guess!
