There were some yips in Toronto who spelled the name with two pee's Most of our family spell with one pee as in YIP Some of our LEAF family spell it yeh or ip. Have not heard of a george yipp here in Toronto. never head of yip foon. dock yip was father and yip sang was grandfather. you can find them through google.ca
