From the information one can't, at least I can't, determine with certainty what the Chinese characters should be. For example Chung could be any one these plus others not listed (The assumption is the family speaks Cantonese because the surname is spelled Chan):

A couple of certainties are the Sing in Sing Ping is different from the one in your husband's name. The same applies the Chung in Chung Ping's name.
