My grandmothers grandfather came from Amoy we are not sure of the date he arrived here. His name was Yeek Yap he married Margaret Richardson 27.08.1858. They had one son and he changed his last name to his mothers maiden name.It is so very interesting finding out where we all came from. Good Luck
