My father Lim Eddie(deceased) was born in China,July 17,1907 moved to Philippines married my mother Filipina but he had wife in Amoy China and one Son Lim Kung Guan. I know many Lim descendant in Kalibo,Aklan,Phil. and some friend of my Father who are from Amoy China.I speak Fukien and little Mandarin. Hope you could find your Jose Lim descendant,their is Jose Lim(Lim Hong Seng),Lim Peng Seng,and other lim in Kalibo,Aklan Phil it in Visaya place.Ok hope you could reply this
