Can anybody help me to find more information on my greatgrandfather SCHMIDT, John born in China in the 19th century ?????
He moved to Suriname (south america) and there his son Louis, John,Gottlieb SCHMIDT was born on 8-9-1875 out of his marriage with Van Dams,
Amelia, Johanna.
I suppose that my greatgreatgrandfather must have married a chinese lady, otherwise my greatgrandfather could not have been born in China.
PLease HELP!!
