My wife is Chinese and her surname is CHEW. Her great grandfather came from Southern China (Canton) from a village called Cheong Sar (long sand) near a town named Fat San (budha mountain). She explained to me her surname consisted of 2 parts. The left was a hand and the right was a knife on top of a mouth. Can anyone decipher her surname and direct me to a site on her genealogy?
