It would be helpful if you could provide your grandmother's maiden name in Chinese character. I suspect her Anglicized name is Young since the word "Chee" could have been added to mean "clan name" in Chinese (literally, meaning "clan name Young"). There are several variations in spelling the Young surname in English (e.g., Yung, Yun, Yong, etc.). However, to be certain of the correct genealogical research information, you should refer to the Chinese character of her maiden name.
