I believe "yan ping" is "Enping" which is one of the Sze Yup counties/districts in Guangdong Province. The other three are Taishan, Hoiping, and Xinhui. Unfortunately, the village database website at http://www.c-c-c.org/villagedb/search.cgi does not include villages in Enping and Xinhui, but I think they will be included in the near future. At this point you may try finding a nearby Ng family association or district association and comb through information they may have and hopefully even find the names of your grandfather and father among their records. Next, you may opt to get your hands on a detailed map of the Enping District/County area and attempt to locate "sun chung lee" on the map. To do so, you will have to know the Chinese characters for your village since any detailed map will be in Chinese. (I think I have a detailed map, but will need the Chinese characters of your village to help you.) Once you have pinpointed the location of your village, then you should think about making a trip to the village to search out information about your geneaology. Your village is likely to have a "jook po" ("zupu" in Mandarin) for the Ng family clan name. This is in essence a genealogical record of your family clan and should contain the names of your father and grandfather. Of course, the "jook po" is written in Chinese, so you'll need to get it translated. And with any luck, you're sure to even find long-lost relatives in the village.
