There is a Chinese surname that sounds like Shea/Say in Cantonese and looks like this 佘. It is not a common surname.
Most Chinese people who went to Hawaii generally came from Jung Saan 中山, known as Heung Saan in the old days. My guess is your Cheung San is probably the same district.
