Zhangzhou (漳州), Amoy (厦门), are both in Fujian (福建). Based on the pronunciation of the Hokkian, "Tangee" could be what we commonly know as "Tan" (陈). Tancee could mean "Surname Tan" "陈氏" in Hokkian.
