   Concerning lands in Castro Colony - Frederick Mumme swore he was in
Texas previous to Feb. 15, 1847.  $40.00 paid by Henry Castro according
to a contract signed between them in virtue of colonization contract and
Henry Castro with the government of Texas.  Also proved the facts by two
witnesses, and the said F. Mumme being the head of a family at the time
of his immigration, is entitled to 640 acres.
