What is meant by Zero Emission Energy? We shall define zero emission energy as that form of energy that does not emit any form of harmful polutants to the environment. The polutants will include carbon containing solids, liquids, and gases such as (solids) coal ash and the like, (liquids) gasoline and other corbonous liquids , and carbon dioxide, carbon monozide, nitrogen oxides and the like. It will also include radio active wastes from atomic power plants. The release of oxygen, hydrogen, and water is not considered a polutant at all, and thus it defined as a zero emission. More on this to come. Return to the Table of Content A DINOSAUR'S THINKTANK |
